
Faisalabad, Pakistan- On 26 November 2025, ICDL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Dynamic Learning (IDL), marking a significant step toward advancing digital skills development for students, professionals and communities across Pakistan.
The MoU was formalised by Mr. Amjad Hussain, Group Chairman of the Institute of Dynamic Learning (IDL), and Mr. Jehan Zada, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Centre for Continuing Professional Development (CPD), ICDL authorised local programme partner (LPP) in Pakistan.
Key representatives from both organisations were present to witness the signing. From the Institute of Dynamic Learning (IDL), attendees included Mrs. Tenzeela Amjad, Chair, Mr. Taimour Lodhi, Head of E-commerce & Related Services, and Mr. Majid Fayyaz, Head of Trainings. Representing the Centre for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) were Ms. Hadeel Shah, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Tanveer Shakir, Business Development Manager. The presence of these leaders underscores the strategic importance of this collaboration and the shared commitment to advancing digital competencies in Pakistan.

Under this collaboration, IDL will work closely with ICDL to broaden access to internationally recognised digital skills certification for diverse groups of learners. The K–12 division of IDL will adopt ICDL modules and assessments to build strong foundational digital literacy among school students. At the tertiary and professional level, the IDL Kaplan arm will also integrate ICDL learning pathways into its CPD and career development programmes, enhancing the employability of university students and jobseekers.
Furthermore, IDL will embed ICDL certification within its e-commerce and digital business training initiatives, equipping working professionals and micro-entrepreneurs with essential digital competencies alongside practical, hands-on entrepreneurial skills.
We are pleased to collaborate with IDL to offer ICDL learning pathways and internationally recognised digital certification to Pakistan, empowering learners with essential digital skills that enhance future opportunities.
