ICDL Asia recently collaborated with APSN Delta Senior School (DSS) to implement an Office Skills Programme designed to equip students with essential administrative and digital competencies for today’s workplace. As workplaces continue to digitalise, the programme focuses on strengthening students’ office productivity and ICT skills to enhance employment readiness and workplace confidence.
The Office Skills Programme comprises three modules delivered over 72 training hours: Office Productivity Skills, Computer and Online Essentials and Application Essentials. The curriculum integrates internationally recognised ICDL digital competencies with structured training practices to ensure students develop both technical proficiency and practical workplace skills. Upon successful completion, students receive a joint certificate issued by ICDL Asia and DSS

The first cohort of students from the Retail and Warehousing Services track has successfully completed all three modules. Feedback from the cohort has been positive, reflecting increased digital confidence and readiness to apply administrative and ICT skills in workplace settings. ICDL Asia and DSS will continue to build on this programme, supporting future cohorts in developing recognised digital competencies for employment.
