Ahmad Rais Mohamad Mokhtar is currently serving as the Deputy Dean of Industry, Community and Alumni Network (ICAN), Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where he has been a faculty member since 2011. Over the course of his academic career, he has held several key administrative positions at both the university and faculty levels, including Head of the Study Centre (Department of Technology and Supply Chain Management Studies), Head of the Industry Network Centre of UiTM, and Coordinator of Student Affairs. His research focuses on operations and supply chain management, with specific interests in supply chain leadership, buyer-supplier relationships and governance, as well as production and manufacturing supply chains. He is particularly interested in exploring the implications of the Technology Management and Circular Economy within Malaysian manufacturing industries.

Alex is the Managing Director of Spaze Ventures, a seed capital firm that focuses on investing in early stage technology startups, where he leads the investments and helps founders grow their startup. He also started EduSpaze, Singapore’s 1st edtech accelerator and is passionate about entrepreneurship, education and innovation. He has invested in more than 70+ startups, helped them grow, expand overseas and raise the next round of funding.

Alex has about two decades of experience from both the public and private sectors. He was previously the vice president of a regional fintech company that specializes in payment processing and consumer data, where he was responsible for regional business development and expansion into new markets. The company was subsequently acquired by Wirecard in 2014. Prior to that, Alex leads the enterprise technology team in Enterprise Singapore, where he specialized in the e-government and financial services clusters to help companies expand beyond the shores of Singapore. He received the MTI Borderless Award in 2010. Alex started his first business in 2002 and worked briefly as an engineer before joining a boutique investment firm, where he further developed his passion and commitment to help companies grow.

Alex is currently the President of Enterprise Singapore Society (EnterpriseSG Alumni) and also a Councillor of SGTECH. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and a Master of Science (Technopreneurship & Innovation), both from Nanyang Technological University. He also attended University of Washington and the International Business Fellowship at University of Dubai.

Mr. Alvin Tan is the Director for Business Development and Academic Program for Asia Pacific, Mainstream Engineering, Siemens Digital Industries Software. Part of the Asia Pacific team that support the local Siemens teams to develop and grow Mainstream Engineering software business in the Asia Pacific countries like China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia countries.  
 
He is also responsible for the development and implementation of Solid Edge (part of Mainstream Engineering) software academic program and educational co-operation in Asia Pacific, working closely with the local academic institutions and educational partners to drive adoption of Solid Edge software in areas like Engineering, Creative Design, STEM education and Digitalisation. 

Ms. Choon Kwai Mui is a Senior Lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT), with more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. She is attached to the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Department of Information Systems and Security, where she contributes to teaching,
curriculum development, and student mentoring.

She currently serves as the Programme Leader for the Bachelor of Information Systems
(Honours) in Enterprise Information Systems. Her areas of teaching and scholarly expertise
include Operating Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, and Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP).

Ms. Choon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Campbell
University, completed in 2001, and a Master of Science in Information Technology
Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completed in 2006.

Through her academic experience and leadership responsibilities, Ms. Choon is committed to nurturing future computing professionals, promoting industry-relevant learning, and
contributing to the continuous enhancement of university’s academic excellence.

Mr. Edward Kon Si Foh is a Lecturer at Kompas International College with over 37 years of experience in business and management education. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Preston University, USA, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, and a Diploma in Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management. He is also a Certified Trainer accredited by the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp), Malaysia.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kon has held various leadership and teaching roles, including Chief Executive at Kompas International College, Senior Lecturer at Loyal ITA Institute, teacher at Shen Jai School of Commerce, and Tutor at Open University Malaysia. He has continuously enhanced his professional skills through training programmes covering teaching and learning methodologies, MCQ item development, online mentoring, entrepreneurship, and AI foundations, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning.
With an extensive background in economics, administration, and business management, Mr. Kon is a seasoned educator dedicated to nurturing future learners and professionals.

Mr. Foo Wen Yeow has been a Chemistry educator for over 15 years at Crescent Girls’ School CGS) under the Ministry of Education. Beyond his passion for Chemistry, he is a firm believer in utilising technology in meaningful and creative ways to help students enjoy learning in the classroom. His enthusiasm in this area has seen him serve as the Subject Head of ICT for more than a decade in CGS which is one of the first few FutureSchools@Singapore that focuses on innovative approaches leveraging on ICT to bring about more engaged learning.
 
In addition to his contributions within the school, Mr. Foo has been actively sharing his experiences in managing educational technology with local and foreign visitors to the school. He has also worked closely with ICDL Asia, collaborating to organize the National Digital Explorer (NDE) since 2022. This initiative has successfully engaged more than 60 schools annually, reflecting Mr. Foo’s commitment to promoting digital literacy and educational excellence on a broader scale.
 
Mr. Foo Wen Yeow has made significant strides in advancing ICT education and fostering a culture of digital innovation in the educational fraternity.

Galvin Lee Kuan Sian is a Lecturer of Marketing & Economics and Programme Coordinator of the Diploma in Business at the School of Diploma and Professional Studies, Taylor’s College. He is currently a PhD Researcher at the Asia-Europe Institute, Universiti Malaya in consumer behaviour studies. In 2025, he won 16 Gold Awards and 8 Special Awards, and judged in various international innovation competitions, specialising in AI-powered teaching and learning innovations. He was also named “Lecturer of the Year” and “Innovative Educator of the Year” at the Global Education Awards 2025. He believes in EdTech solutions which promote experiential, personalised, and impactful learning. He is a Google Certified Educator, Microsoft Elevate Expert, Gemini Certified Educator, and Certified Generative AI Professional. He also serves as an editorial board member of the Journal of Education and Learning Reviews, and is a reviewer at the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education and International Journal of Evaluation and Research in Education.

Habiel Zakariah is an academic and lecturer in the Faculty of Business Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Malaysia. Holding a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSc IT), his academic and research work focuses on business management, technology integration, and supply chain management.

Kathleen Donohoe is a strategic education leader with senior experience across K–12, tertiary and vocational sectors in Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Her career focuses on improving educational quality through system-wide strategy, partnerships and professional learning.

Beginning as a secondary teacher, Kathleen progressed through academic and executive roles leading complex initiatives with schools, universities, government bodies and industry. She has worked with organisations including ICDL Foundation, the European Union, UNESCO and the University of Sydney to advance digital capability, contemporary education standards and evidence-based teaching practice.
Kathleen has guided organisations through change across physical, virtual and social learning environments, aligning learning, space and technology to improve outcomes for students and educators.

As a not-for-profit chief executive, she leads organisational renewal, philanthropy and student-support growth. Her work modernises systems, data and processes to strengthen donor engagement, measure program impact, improve decision-making and support sustainable mission delivery.

Kelvin currently works as a manager with Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) Centre for Micro-Credentials. He leads a dedicated team of Associate consultant/trainers in the areas of course development and Training, curating industry relevant Micro-Credential courses for various types of learners.

Kelvin held various academic positions in various academic institutions in Singapore in his earlier roles prior to joining SIM such as the being Programme Director for the Business School at Raffles Education Corp, managing the Business, Tourism and Hospitality school of about 500 students.

Kelvin has also headed the Curriculum Developing Team at ST Electronics (eSERV), managing augmented projects, providing educational and digital transformation consultation and courseware creation services to key clients from various Singapore Government ministries such as the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Ministry of Education (MOE) and Intellectual Development Authority (IDA).

Kelvin has extensive knowledge and experience in curriculum development, E-commerce implementation as well as pedagogic application to educational programmes and Instructional Design frameworks.

Associate Professor Dr. Melissa Shahrom is a faculty member at the Department of Technology and Supply Chain Management Studies, Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Puncak Alam Campus. She holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) specializing in Computer Networking from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), a Master of Science in Information Technology from UiTM, and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Her research reflects a strong interdisciplinary approach, bridging technology, governance, and sustainability. Dr. Melissa’s work emphasizes the integration of digital innovation with responsible management practices, aligning with global sustainability and resilience agendas.

Minh Nguyen is a Project and Business Development Manager at EMG Education, where he drives the strategic rollout of the ICDL Digital Student Program across Vietnam. He holds a master’s degree in Digital Transformation and Business Analytics from the Asian Institute of Technology, a foundation that underpins his work applying technology to solve real-world challenges in education.

Over his career, Minh has led the design and deployment of digital competency programs that equip institutions and students with essential digital literacy skills. His experience spans partnering with schools to implement scalable, technology-driven learning initiatives, and translating digital transformation strategy into measurable classroom outcomes.

Minh’s work sits at the intersection of technology and education: building digital skills frameworks, evaluating EdTech tools and platforms, and helping institutions adapt to a fast-changing digital landscape. He stays closely engaged with research and discussion on how emerging technologies, particularly AI, are reshaping teaching and learning.

Mr. Ong Mor Yang is a Senior Lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT), bringing over a decade of dedicated service to higher education. He is a prominent academic staff member within the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, attached to the Department of Information Systems and
Security.

Beyond his teaching responsibilities, Mr. Ong serves in a key management role as Course
Leader, actively acting as an inter-faculty liaison to drive academic collaboration and
curriculum development. His scholarly specialization spans Entrepreneurship, Information
Engineering, and Applied Informatics, bridging technology solutions with strategic business
practices.

Mr. Ong holds a solid academic foundation designed for the intersection of technology and
management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Information System in 2001,
followed by a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration in 2012. Through
his extensive experience, leadership duties, and specialized expertise, Mr. Ong remains
committed to mentoring the next generation of computing professionals and advancing the university’s academic excellence.

As Executive Vice President for Asia-Pacific, Philip Eden leads Intuition’s regional growth and client partnerships, working closely with financial services organizations across the region. 

Philip brings more than four decades of banking and financial markets experience to his role. His career began in foreign exchange and derivates before progressing into senior trading and leadership positions. Across, Asia-Pacific, his experience spans trading, sales, investment markets, consulting, and financial services education, giving him a strong understanding of the markets, multiple risk, and talent capability challenges facing financial institutions across the region.

Ms Pua Bee Lian obtained her degree in Business Information Systems from Campbell University, USA, and Master’s degree from Asia e University, Malaysia. With 20 years of teaching experience in tertiary education, she is currently the Programme Leader in the
Faculty of Computing & Information Technology at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT), Malaysia. She specialise in Information and Communication Technology Management.

Ms Pua has successfully attained the instructor-level credential for completing the
CISCO IT Essentials course as part of the Cisco Networking Academy® programme. She
has also completed the four modules of the International Computer Driving Licence
(ICDL), the international standard in digital skills certification. These four modules are
namely Online Collaboration, Project Planning, Cyber Security and Presentation
(Advanced)

Mr. Sean is the Regional Technical Manager for the Mainstream Engineering and Product Engineering Software portfolios of Siemens Digital Industry Software in South East Asia. With over 25 years’ experience in the mechanical engineering and CAD industries, he has been heavily involved in the fields of mechanical design, simulation as well as project management. His primary role involves working closely with product development and partner teams in the ecosystem by providing technical and business development leadership and support to help businesses succeed in their digitalization journey. He also directs and mentors tertiary students during their internship at Siemens, ensuring that the new generation are well equipped to tackle the unique challenges of today.

Dr. Sharidatul Akma Abu Seman is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), with over 19 years of academic experience in Technology Management, Digital Innovation, Technology Adoption, and Digital Transformation.

She currently serves as the Research Development Coordinator at UiTM Cawangan Selangor, contributing to research development, grant initiatives, and researcher support activities. She has been actively involved in various research projects, grants, publications, and innovation activities at both institutional and national levels, with a strong focus on developing practical and impactful solutions for society.

Dr. Stephen Yee is a seasoned workforce development and digital transformation leader with more than two decades of experience in talent development, skills transformation, and organizational change. He spent 19 years with the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), where he played a pivotal role in advancing workforce capability development through the Training Academy and workforce transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he championed skills upgrading and lifelong learning programmes, including advocating the adoption of ICDL certifications to enhance workforce digital literacy and readiness in an increasingly technology-driven economy. Building on his extensive experience in employer engagement, training, and workforce development, Dr. Yee is currently a Director at BDO Advisory Pte. Ltd., Singapore, where he leads advisory engagements focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and enterprise workforce transformation. He works closely with organizations across industries to develop future-ready workforce strategies, drive digital adoption, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align business transformation with human capital development. Recognized for his practical approach and deep understanding of both business and people transformation, Dr. Yee continues to help organizations navigate the evolving digital landscape by integrating technology, innovation, and workforce development to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Ts. Teh Lee Wah is a Senior Lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and
Technology (TAR UMT), with 31 years of teaching experience in higher education. She is attached to the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Department of Information Systems and Security. Before transitioning to academia, she worked in the telecommunications industry, gaining valuable insights into technology and its applications.

Ts. Teh completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Campbell University, in 1995, and a Master of Business Administration from National University of Malaysia, in 1998. Her areas of specialisation include management information systems, system analysis and design and database design.

Ts. Teh is a passionate advocate for the responsible adoption of AI in education, emphasising
ethical considerations and the long-term impact of AI on learning environments. Committed to shaping the future of AI-powered education, Ts. Teh continues to contribute valuable insights to the academic and edtech communities.

Ms. Thong Wai Yee (Winnie Thong) is an esteemed academic faculty member and educator at Kompas International College, specializing in Information Systems and Emerging Technologies.

With a strong dedication to advancing technological literacy and digital innovation in higher
education, Ms. Thong actively mentors students in leveraging modern digital frameworks,
information systems, and next-generation technologies to solve real-world industry challenges.

Her academic focus encompasses emerging technology adoption, digital transformation, and practical application design. With over 20 years of experience in talent development, curriculum design, and training plan execution, Siew Peng has led and coached more than 70 trainers and supervisors in the region. She has successfully integrated computational thinking and coding through the use of Python programming, into Maths and Science curricula; a practice now adopted by numerous schools. Siew Peng also developed the MCE IGCSE Computer Science Suite, a digital suite designed to enhance computational thinking, which complements the MCE Cambridge IGCSE™ Computer Science series. Her extensive experience aligns perfectly with the International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) program which emphasizes digital literacy and computational skills..

Dr. Norasekin Abd Rashid is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Puncak Alam. She holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management, a Master’s in Technology Management, and a degree in Management. Her academic and research interests include supply chain management, artificial intelligence, technology adoption, halal food supply chains, digital transformation, and sustainability. She has extensive experience in teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, curriculum development, and academic quality management. Dr. Norasekin actively contributes to research projects, publications, conferences, and international collaborations. She is passionate about integrating emerging technologies and innovative approaches into business education and research.

Dr. Norzawani Ibrahim is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Technology and Supply Chain Management Studies, Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Puncak Alam Campus.

Her academic expertise includes supply chain management, supply chain technology, operations management, digital transformation, and electronic commerce.
