
ICDL Asia officially launched ICDL Insights on 5 May 2021, a series of programmes focused on helping business managers to understand trending and emerging technologies.
The first four modules of ICDL Insights programme: Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data are announced as the latest additions to our wide range of digital modules to equip non-IT professionals the skills and knowledge to navigate in this complex digital age.
Candidates will learn key concepts on these emerging technologies, and consider their potential and implications on businesses.
This virtual launch event was officiated by the honourable Datuk Shahul Hameed Dawood, Chief Executive of Human Resource Development Corporation Malaysia (HRD Corp). He shared insights on Malaysia’s digital economy, jobs and training landscape.

“Possessing digital skills is no longer optional, those who do not adapt will get left behind. Therefore, equipping Malaysia’s workforce with digital skills is paramount to our nation’s growth and success,” said Datuk Shahul.
At ICDL Asia, we work closely with partners like HRD Corp Malaysia to empower working professionals to upskill and develop relevant competences for future career development.

The syllabus content of each module is supported by high-quality eLearning materials that establishes core concepts, gives practical examples of implementation, and provides opportunities for reflection.
