India National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)

ICDL Asia signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NSDC of India to start formal collaboration on improving digital literacy skills of the people of India in April 2016.

Thailand Ministry of Education (MoE)

The recognition permits all MOE licensed public and private educational organisations to deliver ICDL Certification Programmes in accordance with ICDL Foundation’s approval, accreditation and quality assurance frameworks and standards.

Kuala Lumpur Digital Skills Declaration

The Kuala Lumpur Digital Skills Declaration is a joint initiative by ICDL Asia and the University of Malaya. The declaration was participated by prominent companies who are committed to the continuous development of digital skills for the future digital workforce.

Singapore Academy of Law (SAL)

ICDL Foundation has signed an agreement to develop an ICDL Professional Legal programme with the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL). The agreement was endorsed by Ms Serene Wee, Singapore Academy of Law’s Chief Executive, and Damien O’Sullivan, Chief Executive of ICDL Foundation. ICDL Asia has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG, the former name was Singapore’s Workforce Development Agency) to align Singapore’s national Employability Skills (ES) ICT modules with ICDL standards. Philippines Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT)

DICT officially launched the ICDL Programme in the Philippines in 2015. DICT recognises ICDL and its certification programme in the Republic of the Philippines.

Yayasan TM: Nurturing Future-Ready Leaders for a Digital Malaysia

Malaysia

In April 2021, Yayasan TM (YTM) identified ICDL as its key digital skills certification programme to spearhead a new education initiative that equips YTM scholars with digital skills of the future economy. To date, more than 175 YTM’s scholars in Malaysia have benefitted from this ICDL programme in just the first 7 months of implementation. …

Temasek Polytechnic Singapore

In July 2020, ICDL Asia welcomed Temasek Polytechnic (TP) as the first Singapore-based Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) to offer ICDL certification to its students. As of December 2021, more than 1,400 TP students benefitted from studying at least one ICDL modules since its implementation.

THAILAND Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI)

The Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI) has endorsed ICDL as a global certification that will empower citizens and the digital workforce. ICDL Asia and TPQI signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2017, which official recognised ICDL as the national ICT standard for workplaces.
