ICDL Asia is delighted to welcome Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) to join us as our newest test centre in Singapore!
ICDL Asia signed the Accredited Test Centre (ATC) agreement with Singapore Institute of Management on 22 July 2022. The agreement was signed by Mr. Damien O’Sullivan, CEO of ICDL Foundation and Professor Wei Kwok Kee, Provost of SIM.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, Mr. Seah Chin Siong, President and CEO of SIM, Ms. Tina Wu, General Manager of ICDL Asia and Mr. Kevin Ryan, Director, ASEAN of Enterprise Ireland.
Through this partnership, ICDL certification programmes will be offered at SIM’s Centre for Micro-Credentials, enabling students to learn and earn micro-credentials in digital skills. Students will benefit from our globally recognised certification which are trusted and sought-after by employers worldwide, boosting their employability in this competitive workforce.
Mr. Damien O’Sullivan, CEO of ICDL Foundation, said: “To stay future-proofed in this fast-moving world of business, we need to prepare individuals to build in-demand digital skills. We are pleased to partner with SIM, a leading private education institution in Singapore, to offer ICDL as micro-credentials courses to its students.

With about 16,000 full and part-time students and adult learners, SIM offer more than 120 academic programmes ranging from its own diploma and graduate diploma courses to Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes with top ranking and reputable universities from Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States.
With SIM joining the ICDL network of test centres, this presents new opportunities for candidates in Singapore to learn and certify with ICDL.
