Singapore NTUC LearningHub launches SFDW2.0 powered by ICDL


NTUC LearningHub has recently launched the SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace 2.0 (SFDW 2.0) in Singapore. It is a national initiative designed to support enterprises and equip Singaporeans with essential digital skills applicable to their personal and professional lives. First launched in 2017, NTUC LearningHub as the pioneer training centre for SFDW1.0 has trained the highest number of trainees and companies in Singapore with basic digital skills at the workplace.

With SFDW2.0, NTUC LearningHub has been curated to incorporate the latest emerging technologies so that Singaporeans can stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

For enterprises, NTUC LearningHub has developed customised training programmes in the six sectors – Built Environment, Food Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Tourism and Transportation to provide industry – focus training solutions. At the same, they have the capability and experience to customised training solutions contextualised according to specific companies’ industry and unique needs. Empowering the workers with elevated digital skills and thrive in the dynamic landscape of today’s digital economy.

ICDL Asia is proud to be the official partner of NTUC LearningHub in support training for SFDW2.0. The knowledge and skills acquired from SFDW2.0 will prepare participants to take a curated ICDL assessment that will validate their digital literacy skills at the International level. For the follow up post-course action plan to continue learning and further deepen skillsets in the four key areas of automation, cybersecurity risk, data analytics and in-demand digital tools, participants would also be directed to the relevant ICDL modules.

Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion jointly issued by ICDL and NTUC LearningHub.
