ICDL Vietnam and Cole.vn High-Quality Informatics Training Center signed a cooperation agreement on 4th September 2020. The signing parties were Mr Bui Quoc Huy, CEO of Edtech Cole Co., Ltd, and Mr Pham Ngoc Tuan, Vice Chairman of ICDL Vietnam.
The agreement outlines the cooperation between ICDL Vietnam and Cole.VN for advocacy of ICDL certification tests in Vietnam.
Mr Bui Quoc Huy, CEO of Edtech Cole Co., Ltd., quoted: “The cooperation brings opportunities to our students to understand and explore ICDL, the international digital skills standard. Students can obtain a digital skills certificate which is recognised globally. In Vietnam, ICDL certification is recognised by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Information and Communication.”
The cooperation aims to popularise information technology to the Vietnamese population, especially young people. Mr Bui believes the cooperation will vastly contribute to the development and implementation of Vietnam’s national quality information technology standard, and be aligned with the national goal of strong development in the digital era.
