Vietnam’s Ministry of Information & Communications Renews Endorsement of ICDL Certification
The Ministry of Information & Communications Vietnam (MIC) has made an official announcement on renewing its endorsement of ICDL certification through Decision 2031/QĐ/BTTTTT. This development aligns and reaffirms its commitment to the previously approved framework which recognises five ICDL modules as meeting the standards for basic Information Technology skills in Vietnam outlined in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT.
