TRIS Corporation Limited (TRIS) organised a Building Digital Manpower training project for its staff with ICDL programme on 29th August 2020. The project aims to prepare TRIS staff and the organisation with qualified and standardised digital skills to enhance operational quality under Thailand 4.0.


TRIS was founded by The Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand, Ministry of Finance Thailand and the Bank of Thailand as the first credit rating agency of Thailand in 1993. TRIS Digital Academy by TRIS Co. Ltd. is an Accredited Testing Centre of ICDL since May 2020.
In accordance with Thailand 4.0 strategy, Thailand Professional Qualifications Institution (TPQI) has recognised ICDL with its Digital Literacy Competency Standards to prepare Thai citizens and organisations for the digital transformation.

The training project is also supported by RMI Next Co., Ltd. as the academic partner. TRIS and RMI Next signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 2020, to prepare Thai citizens, both in public and private sectors, with knowledge and skills in using digital technology for digital transformation. Dr Hugh O’Connell, Managing Director of ICDL Thailand, and Ms. Kritkanyakan Jirathan, Executive Director of ICDL Thailand, were honoured to witness the signing ceremony.
