Employers' Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) and ICDL Thailand joined forces and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Sukanan Charoen Villa Building, marking a significant step toward equipping Thai businesses and workforce with essential digital skills required to thrive in the digital age.
